Voyagers : Rhyme of the Week
Nursery rhymes are much more than just songs! Through singing, repetition, actions and rhyme, children are developing their language, listening, memory, early literacy, mathematical thinking, physical skills and confidence — all while having lots of fun!
Each week, I will be sharing our Nursery Rhyme of the Week for you to enjoy together at home. We would love for you to practise it with your child — sing along, add some actions and have fun together!
We’d love to see you joining in at home! If you would like to, send us a little video of your child singing the nursery rhyme. We can celebrate their confidence and share their enjoyment with their friends at nursery.
